SickKids Leaders – How Does it Work?
Some Leaders are motivated by a personal connection to the Hospital; others because they feel a commitment to improving the lives of SickKids patients and their families. As passionate volunteer ambassadors for the Hospital within their workplaces, Leaders provide a vital link between Canada’s business community and SickKids.We are proud to have Leaders as champions in the legal, accounting, real estate and financial sectors, to name just a few.
Leaders raise awareness and funds for SickKids through a variety of channels, such as peer-to-peer asks and events at the leadership level ($1,000 and up). We provide extensive support resources for Leaders as they run campaigns or plan events.
